Investment/sale of non-producing assets
1. The company won an official auction for 6 exploration and production licenses (25 years) in Perm region.
The reserves were stated at the State Balance in 1970-80. The total volume of C1 oil reserves is 1,5 MMt, gas – 66 mcm, C2 reserves – 109 th. tones for oil, and 23 mcm for gas. Resources are 1,2 MMt for oil and 324 mcm for gas.
2. The company won an official auction one year ago for an exploration and production license in Irkutsk region. The license is valid till 2031. The company is inviting a strategic partner to participate in exploration and production with up to 50% ownership in the block. According to geological studies the D1 type of resources in this area are very large:
• Gas 218 billion m3
• Condensate 21.3 mil. t
• Oil 17.9 mil. t
3. The company has 11 exploration licenses till 2011 and one production license till 2027 in Omsk region. Recoverable oil reserves for the production license: C1 = 27.7 mil. bbl (3.8 mil t). D1 and D1L (localized) types of resources for the exploration licenses in this area are very large:
• Gas 93 billion m3
• Condensate 14 mil. t
• Oil 66 mil. t
4. Sale of the 11 blocks in Western Siberia
Sale of 11 blocks in the Western Siberia with 22,5 th. sq. km and recoverable resources 2 Bbl(280 MMT).
5. Sale of oil, gas and condensate fields at Saratov region.
This license is for a large 1000 sq.km area and is valid till Aug. 2012 now and can be extended later. An official estimate of resources D1 for this area is 24 mil t. of oil equivalent (175 mil bbl).
6. Sale of the oil field in Komi region
Sale of the oil field with reserves (C1+C2) of 8,76 Mbrl. Two oil exploration wells are in place.
7. Sale/investment in oil field in Komi region
Sale or joint investment in oil field with possible reserves of 185 Mbrl. Two oil exploration wells are in place.
8. Sale of oil, gas and condensate fields at Volga region.
Sale of oil, gas and condensate fields with reserves D1: oil – 29 MMt, gas – 122,8 bcm, condensate – 37,3 MMt.
9. Sale of the oil field in Yamal
Sale of the oil field with C3 recoverable reserves of 168 Mbrl (23 mln. tn).
10. Sale of the oil field in Timan-Pechora oil basin
Sale or joint investment in oil field with recoverable reserves C1+C2 of 30 Mbrl (4,1 mln. tn.)
